"Preliminary Design Processes" authored by Herb Rawdon in 1949 is often referenced by other authors. This document is apparently archived in the Wichita State University Special Collections (# Series 2 , Box 2 FF2) and is listed as being not for distribution. Can anyone advise whether and how a copy can be obtained? As a number of authors have referenced this document, I would have expected it to have been available outside the university's circle.
I would be most grateful for any guidance on this request.

Have you check to see if they have it electronically, micro fiche, or some other copy other than the original? "Do not worry about your problems with mathematics, I assure you mine are far greater."    字串8
