need a 3D CFD code

Hello, I'm looking for a 3D CFD code and good for low Re number aplication. Mathlab code is ok. Please help me if there is some free stuff out there.

Futhermore, I'm also looking for some Reference about aerobatic design ( aeodynamic, wing design, performnace)
