Historically if you worked for a contractor it could be obtained free from the approiate Wright-Patterson group. You have to do some work to find the point-of-contact. I recall in the 70's I recieved 22 2000 punch card boxes. Those were the days. I got Missile Datcom several years ago on disks. - jk
