G'Day All,
Does anyone know if Technical Report FAA-AIR-90-01 'Repairs to Damage Tolerant Aircraft' is available on the web somewhere. I have checked the usual FAA site and a link posted in a previous thread but I haven't found it there.

There were a couple of studies done on this at Georgia Tech and at Rutgers some years ago. here are a couple of links that may help

This document is referenced in so many other papers I was also suprised when it didn't come up on a Google search.
