W. F. McCombs addresses flange angles in his Supplement to Bruhn. I'm not sure how to acquire this strictly legitimately now that McCombs is deceased. There are a lot of .pdfs of varying quality knocking around if strict legitimacy is not an issue for you. On the other hand, a good library should be able to locate a copy. The section of interest is around about pp. 42/43. 字串4
http://www.thattechnicalbookstore.com/bx1881.htm lists it at $40. That's rather steep considering what McCombs himself was charging. It's probably worth googling about for a better deal if you want to buy (it's basically worth it if you've got Bruhn).

look up any text book for airplane strcutures (bruhn, niu, etc); look up "needham" or "Gerrard", these are the two main methods to analyze crippling.
