ONE: Access to an advance / draft copy of the FAA proposed Rotorcraft Advanced Flight Controls (Fly-By-Wire [FBW] and Fly-By-Light [FBL] ) Advisory Circular; and/or

TWO: A military or civil Special Condition for the airworthiness and qualification of a Rotorcraft Fly-By-Wire flight control system?
