Hi,

Can anyone tell me how much 6063-T6 aluminum will warp when heated to 260F for 2 hours? I'm building a jig that will require heating and need to factor in wrapping during heating. Thanks.

linear CTE up to 275degF for 6063 alum= 13.2 microinch/inch degF
