Does anyone know af a 115 VAC, 3 Phase power monitor that monitors loss of phase, phase imbalance etc. Thanks.

Hi Bcascica,
in a/c that do have 115V Ac power, there must be an LRU  called BPCU for each bus powered by a separate circuit. This does all the power monitoring, including phase inbalance. It is generally located between the bus and its generator.
