To optimize damper for a small experimental aircraft I'm looking for some method to handle also safety matters !

In order to get help with your problem, you will need to provide more information. What safety matters are you specifically interested in handling? If you are concerned about landing safely, for instance, it will also be helpful to know how heavy the aircraft is and what the landing gear configuration is.
