Hi all
The problem I have is I need to pass my CATIA models to another organisation, but how do I protect my work to ensure the other people don't pass it off as their own ?
I have tried saving it as a cgr format and sending that to them but they keep saying they are not prepared to accept that format. They have proven to be not so trustworthy in the past.
Any ideas ?

if it is a part, output the file as an igs or stp and re-import into catia, or just paste-special>as result the body into a new part, so there is no history.
Otherwise, if the paid you for it, they can do what they want.... including not giving credit where credit is due. Just remember it's carma that gets those people. i'm assuming your catia model is a 3D part ... if they know the shape, they can replicate it. i think giving them the model only allows them to see how it was built.
presumably they have signed a NDA ... if you can prove they violated this agreement then there are hefty penalties. are they bigger than you (more legal budget)? are they in the same country (same legal juristiction) ?
