Turbine compressor sizing??

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this, but I need some help.

I want to determine the right size (and a potential supplier) for a AIR turbine compressor.

The application is:
Input pressure: atmospheric
Output pressure:  <20psi, <35psi at "stall"
Power to drive it: 0.1 hp
Preferred rpm: <25,000 (but can go up to 100k if required).

I have machining capabilities, so if there is likely not a supplier of a completed standalone pump, then a supplier of blade and diffuser rings would help.

Thanks in advance.
